External domains are currently irresponsive???

My external domain name isn't connecting unless I use the primary wapka issued domain name, but the external domain name I paid for which was working before isn't working anymore,

Whats wrong @wapka

Name servers are down. Only ns2.wapka.org is alive only this morning,ns1.wapka.org refused to connect while ns2 isn't actually giving a response at my DNS provider
